Socket artist Tracey Kershaw is exhibiting in The Little Wolf Parade‘s ‘Home is Where the Heart is‘, part of The Great Nottingham Show 2013.
As part of her ongoing project ‘Talking About Mothers‘ Tracey will be inviting people to step into the simulated domestic interior of her installation and to contribute thoughts, memories and experiences about their own mothers.
The Great Nottingham Show takes place in and around the Old Market Square, Fri 27th – Sun 29th September, with art, music, food, drink, kitchen demos, DJs, real ale bar, crafts, and pop up stores. Tracey will be on Smithy Row, near the Tourist Information Centre 10am – 6pm Saturday and Sunday.
Socket members Janet Turville and Helen Williams will be taking up Graduate residencies at the University of Nottingham’s Fine Art Facilities on the Triumph Road Jubilee Campus for the new academic year 2013/14.
