Socket artists were delighted to have the opportunity to show their group exhibition ‘Stream, a continuing journey...’ at the lovely Sock Gallery, Loughborough Town Hall, during January and February 2014. Here are some images of the exhibition captured by Gallery Assistant Lucie Chapman and posted on the Sock facebook page:
The exhibition of recent work by Socket artists was a response to ideas about the flow of energy in creative journeys. Exhibiting artists were Bob Allen, Barbara Clayton, Dorothy Dexter, Sue Greenaway, Tracey Kershaw, Paula McCann, Jane Pepper, Nicola Rae, Janet Turville and Helen Williams.
It was a great venue – many thanks to everyone at Sock, especially Lucie, Amy and Nigel!
